Hi Naomi, yes admittedly I didn’t try them for extended periods of time and didn’t venture into paid versions of the apps so I’m sure your notes will be useful to others reading. Thanks for the feedback đŸ™‚

I understand you can’t explore all the apps thoroughly for reviewing, which I understood from your description of Aware. It is similar to Headspace, but after Take-10, Headspace fails miserably – the sessions aren’t immersive, not in detail, and seem all random. Aware keeps it authentic throughout – the sessions are very immersive, in detail, and very helpful. I love the Singles from Aware, also their assistant – Mindy that provides tips regularly. But what sets Aware apart for me is their support. You write to them for any help regarding meditation, and the way they respond to you quickly ensures you that you’re being taught by experts. Andy from Headspace is just extensive PR exercise. Aware is simple, beautiful and makes you feel like your friend.
