Hi Bob, thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t gain anything from your trials with Mexicana. Could I ask how much you varied your dose? I think that finding the correct dosage is an oft underestimated key to using psychedelics. It can take a lot of experimentation, trial and error, we are all different and differences between individuals can vary massively. A medicine can be a poison depending on the dosage. However, that is certainly not to say that the only reason you didn’t gain any perceived benefit was because you were unable to find the right dosage. It is true that there is no such thing as magic bullets. However, I do believe that psychedelics can benefit the vast majority of the population if used with the right approach – which will of course vary according to the individual and can take a long time to find. Maybe taking a mini – moderate dose could be worth a try before giving up on psychedelics altogether. My personal experience is that my greatest benefits and biggest shifts have come from medium – high doses in carefully controlled environments. Only recently have I come to appreciate the potential of microdosing, but there is a lot to be said on that that I won’t get in to here. Email me [email protected] in you would like to talk further and we could set up a call.
]]>Thanks for your comment! 0.5 – 1.5 is the fresh weight. With this in mind, do you still really think that’s too much?
That hasn’t been my experience but I’d like to hear more. What type of truffles do you use? 0.1 – 0.3 seems very low to me for the average person. Are you particularly sensitive to the effects of mushrooms and truffles?
